SRX24049769: Hi-C Illumina NovaSeq X Plus sequencing of Chelydra serpentina: adult peripheral blood tissue (CBP00727/SJ_433)
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq X Plus) run: 376.8M spots, 113G bases, 27.5Gb downloads

Design: Hi-C Illumina sequencing of Arima HiC library of normal adult peripheral blood tissue (CBP00727/SJ_433) (library ID F137734), constructed from sample accession SAMN40462804 for study accession PRJNA1025289. Peripheral Blood tissue was crosslinked using the Arima High Coverage HiC Kit User Guide Nucleated Blood.Doc A160177 v01 kit at the Genome Sciences Centre (Vancouver, BC, Canada). The library was sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq X Plus at the Genome Sciences Centre (Vancouver, BC, Canada).

Study: Chelydra serpentina (snapping turtle) genomic and transcriptomic data
show Abstracthide Abstract
This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for the snapping turtle (Chelydra serpentina), to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Canadian BioGenome Project (https: //www.earthbiogenome.ca/) provided by CGEn - Canada's national platform for genome sequencing and analysis, and its partners. The data under this project are made available subject to the Canadian BioGenome Project Open Data Release Policy.
Sample: Blood from adult maleChelydra serpentina (Snapping Turtle), SnappingTurtle01-CBP00727/SJ_433: CBPint0054, rCheSer1
